Important Notes:
Please make sure of a tight clamp to ensure proper and smooth heat transfer.
The heater is designed with a gap of about 1/2" over the colmun, not for full coverage.
Please handle it with care. Do not bend or fold it sharply. Always lay flat or in big roll when not installed.
The dial thermostat, being mechanical, is not that accurate when compared with a PID controller and may fall behind the actual temperature. Please use extra thermometer to keep track of the real surface temperature.
If you heater comes with Keenovo Digital Controller, please read the Controller Configuration Manual, especially the "Advanced Setting" part, carefully BEFORE making any changes on the controller. It's STRONGLY suggested to set the "D" value under the basic menu to the largest value allowed in your application so as to increase the lifetime of the relay contacts.
